Fred has been a Lutheran Pastor for 12 years serving congregations in the New Jersey Synod of the ELCA. Prior to that, he was a full-time camp director with a MA in Recreation and Parks Administration. He worked in both resident camp and day camp settings in New England. Most of his work was with the YMCA, and later at independent schools in the Boston area. He was a proctor for 6 years at the RSCMA Kings Course in Wilkes Barre PA. He is currently the Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Dover New Jersey, which is an RIC congregation with an extensive food ministry serving a majority Latino community.
