Registration is an easy three-step process!

The registration process will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. You may return at any time to complete partial registrations.

Step 1: Complete your registration form.

  • This registration is for youth age 10-18. The residency is from July 21-27, 2025.

Step 2: Mail Payment

To encourage early registrations, the cost of RSCM Midwest is determined by the following registration deadlines:

  • EARLY BIRD Jan. 15-Apr. 1: $695

    REGULAR April 2-June 21: $745

  • EARLY BIRD Jan. 15-Apr. 1: $530

    REGULAR Apr. 2 - June 21: $555

  • If you/your church are members of any of the following organizations you are eligible for a single discount of $25.

    RSCM America, ACDA, AGO, PAM, NPM, AAM, ALCM, FUMMWA, UCCMA, MCAM, or NACM

Please mail your registration payment by check made out to RSCM Midwest with the name(s) of participant(s) in the memo line to:
